专业提供楔形基板WSB/WSSQ/WSSQK系列,生产商:日本西格玛光机(Optosigma),基板正反面均带有楔角,可分离正反面反射光束,适用于光束取样板、干涉仪参考样板及小角度折射棱镜场景。材质涵盖BK7玻璃、合成石英(支持紫外至红外宽谱区)及KrF准分子激光专用合成石英(248nm),有效直径达外径90%。产品面型精度高(λ/10至λ/20),楔角范围0.5°-3°±5′,表面质量达10-5/20-10级。
在基板的正反面都有一点楔角,可以分离正反面反射的光束。可以作为光束取样板或干涉仪的参考样板使用。
也可以作为以小角度折射的棱镜使用。BK7时为楔角的0.52倍,合成石英时为0.46倍。(可见光谱区,垂直射入)。备有可用于从紫外到红外的宽谱区的合成石英型和KrF准分子激光用(248nm)用的合成石英型楔形基片。
光束偏向角δ可以由折射率n,和楔角α求得。δ=sin-1(nsinα)-α≒(n-1)α。

-由于楔形基板两面都没有镀膜,所以玻璃表面存在3.5%〜4%的反射。
-Optosigma楔形基板插入激光光束的光路中时,透过光束会因折射产生少许倾斜。
